Steve started in the construction business in 1983 as a customer service
representative for a large home builder and worked his way up to assistant
superintendent.
He was promoted to superintendent, then project manager.
Steve
eventually became vice-president of operations for a large home builder in Las
Vegas, Nevada, a position he left to start Sunburst Homes, LLC.
