HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE SUNBURST HOMES TO BUILD A CUSTOM HOME?

Construction timeframes depend on the size and complexity of the home. Usually, however, to complete a custom home between 2000 and 3000 square feet, you can plan between four and six months.

WHAT ARE IMPACT FEES?

Impact fees are assessed by local governments and are included in the cost of your building permit. These fees pay for parks, new streets, water / sewer improvements, etc.
