HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE SUNBURST HOMES TO
BUILD A CUSTOM HOME?
Construction timeframes depend on the size and complexity of the
home. Usually, however, to complete a custom home between 2000 and
3000 square feet, you can plan between four and six months.
WHAT ARE IMPACT FEES?
Impact fees are assessed by local governments and are included in
the cost of your building permit. These fees pay for parks, new
streets, water / sewer improvements, etc.
DOES THE CUSTOMER HAVE ANY INPUT WHILE
SUNBURST HOMES IS CONSTRUCTING THEIR HOME?
Yes!! The customer makes all the decisions, though Sunburst Homes
will advise and offer suggestions. Our team of professionals
provides the customer service you demand.
ONCE MY SUNBURST HOMES IS COMPLETED, DOES IT
HAVE A WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS?
You bet! We provide a one-year warranty. We feel that our homes
and subcontractors provide the best quality and services in the
