Realtor Build Job Program
Real Estate Agents, when your client is looking to build a
custom home, refer them to Sunburst Homes LLC and we will pay you a 6%
commission, of course this commission is based upon a successful close of escrow
and a signed contract between your client and Sunburst Homes, LLC. The 6% is
based on the actual cost of the construction loan, and will be paid to you upon
the completion of the framing stage of the home. You will be contacted by our
CPA and a 1099 will be sent to you. A contract will also be signed between the
Realtor and Builder.
Sunburst Homes charges the following fees to build a home:
0-2000 sq ft = 12% 2001-3500 sq ft =11% 3501-5500 sq ft
=10% 5500-10,000 sq ft = 9%
