Rocktober Rules & Regulations

1. Only one person will win the $10,000.00 In the event of a tie, names will be put into drawing, which ever name is pulled will win the money. I. D. will be required to receive the check.

2. All cards must be filled out completely or entry will be disqualified.

3. No scales may be used to weigh the boulders.

4. Winner will be issued a 1099 for tax purposes.

5. Winner must be present to win.

6. Top 20 qualifiers will be notified of potential opportunity to win and must show up at give away, remember only one person will win the 10K.

7. Promotional cards must be filled out and returned to qualify. Please drop off at the ERA Realty Center on 259 W. 200 N. Cedar City or Re/Max First Realty 1224 S. River Rd Ste A-200 St. George.

8. Only one card per family or individual, if duplicates cards, you will be disqualified.

9. Employees & Family members of ERA Realty Center “The Jorgenson Team”, Sunburst Homes, LLC, Re/Max 1^st Realty Sky Mountain Team, Burke springs, Got Junk, Republic Mortgage, Chrisco Consulting, Cherry Creek Radio may not play and cannot win.

RULES FOR ROCKTOBER $10,000 GIVE-AWAY

Sunburst Homes and Cherry Creek Radio will be giving away a $10,000 on November 2, 2007. This is how the contest works:

1. Guess the combined weight of 6 rocks in 6 different locations and win $10,000 Bucks
2. Whoever comes the closest without going over will walk away with $10,000

3*Stop by Re/max in St. George on River road & riverside Dr, or ERA Realty center on 200 North in Cedar City or the radio station and pick up your game piece.

3. Fill out your game piece and drop it off at any of the above locations.
4. These rocks will always be displayed at Zion View Estates, Burke Springs, WestView Estates, North Ridge or Cimmaron Heights, drive by each of these rock location and make your best guess.* log on to www.sunbursthomesllc.com to see the rules and regulations as well as the driving directions to the rocks. Turn in your game piece by 10/31/07 to either, ReMax First Realty in St. George or ERA Realty Center in Cedar or to Cherry Creek Radio in St. George.
5. On Friday, November 2nd join us for a party, a multi-station remote, food, drinks, prizes & fun. Of course the big $10,000 winner will be revealed too. 

Qualifiers must be 18 years of age or older to win and will be verified with a picture ID.  Prizes will not be awarded until winner has been verified for eligibility through the Cherry Creek Radio Business office. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to the winner only, based on eligibility. 

If it is determined by Cherry Creek Radio or Sunburst Homes that a qualifier is difficult to work with, that qualifier will be disqualified and asked to leave.  All decisions are final.

Winners will be responsible for all tax liability and licensing associated with winning this contest.  Winner will be required to sign and eligibility release form and give Cherry Creek Radio and its sponsors permission to use their name, photo and voice for promotional purpose with out further compensation.  By accepting prize, winner releases Cherry Creek Radio, all stations and all participating sponsors from any liability as a result of this prize.

1. Cimarron Heights- West on Hwy 56, left on Westview Dr, left on Kingsbury Dr. The boulder will be located on lot 39 Look for all the signage.

2. North Ridge at Cross Hollow Hills- West on Hwy 56, Left on Westview Dr., Left on Canyon Dr., Left on Hillcrest Dr. The boulder will be located on lot 12

3. Westview Estates- West on Hwy 56, left on Westview Dr., Right on 1125 South, Left on 4250 West. The boulder will be located on lot 7.

Zion View Estates- I-15 North, Right on SR-9 to Hurricane, Go through Hurricane into Laverkin, if you crossed over a bridge your heading the right way. Turn right at the Chevron gas station heading toward ZNP on SR-9, Make you 1^st Left on Main St., Turn right on 645 N. turn Left on 175 E. Boulder located at 673 N. 175 E.

Burke Springs- I-15 North exit 16 .2 miles. Right onto ramp into Coral Canyon, at stop sign turn left on Coral Canyon Blvd, travel through roundabout 1 mile. Right on Overland Trails Dr, Next Intersection Turn Left on Burke Springs Rd. Immediate Right on Leora Dr, You are now in Burke Springs Subdivision.  The two boulders are located on Lot 11 and Lot 6.

*Revision: Galilee Heights boulder is now located in Burke Springs on Lot 6.
